Today, we'll share some free but very useful on-page SEO optimization tools to help you rank up your website.
1. Meta Tag Analyzer
Provide your URL and you can see the tool
do an analysis of your meta tags. The search preview is a cool feature
that shows you the preview of how your content may look in Google Search
Results (under ideal circumstances - Google doesn't always use all of
the info provided). You can tweak any tag and see how your search
preview changes! This in not unlike Google's structured data testing
tool, or the Yoast SEO plugin for WordPress.
This tool also supports Google Authorship, so with it, you can see your
Authorship rich snippet as well. Perfect for diagnosing markup problems
on your site.
2. On-Page SEO Optimization Analysis Tool
Take a URL, then put in up to five target phrases (optional). The tool
does the rest by analyzing everything from meta data to keyword use in
content and link accounting. It then breaks this all down for you, so
you can get a more thorough look at how well your page has been
optimized, and how you can optimize it even more.
3. Page Comparison
One of my favorite tools of the lot. It is a great tool
(albeit a simple one) that lets you compare the on-page SEO for upto
five web pages. It will compare on-page SEO of all of them, and give you
data that will let you improve where some are lacking.
It looks at the content, the meta data, file names, page titles, and
does a keyword density analysis, and so on. I would say this is the
perfect tool to use for pitching your blog against the competition, and
looking at what you're doing wrong.
4. Anchor Text Tool
The Anchor Text Over Optimization Tool outputs anchor text diversity. Words or phrases that are potentially over-optimized are highlighted for manual review.
5. Web Page SEO Analysis Tool
Just put in a URL, then put in some keywords, and hit Analyze. It will
run the basic analysis of your page and return you a detailed report
with explanations. It’s perfect for training a newbie SEO and running a
basic analysis on pages.
