Recently there are questions like this flooded on the internet like 'My computer is freezing only and only when i open Facebook.
The problem started about a week or two ago and i use Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.
All of it getting really frustrating.
Can someone please tell me why is it happening ONLY and ONLY with Facebook? '

According to my research at MiniAdvices.com I am up with 3 process to heal this freezing problem.
Process 1:
Scan your computer for viruses using Kaspersky or McAffe
Process 2:
Format your Operating system and re install hope it will work for you & absolutely it will clear your troubles
Process 3:
This issue may occur due to third-party application conflict on the computer. I will suggest you to check if the issue occurs in Safe Mode with Networking.
step 1:
Check if the issue appears in ‘Safe mode with Networking’:
http://Windows.microsoft.com/en-US/Windo…
Note: When at the advanced boot options select Safe mode with networking.
If the issue does not persists in Safe Mode with Networking, then perform a Clean Boot to check if any third party application is causing the issue, as Clean Boot helps in eliminating software conflicts.
Step 2:
Put the computer in Clean Boot and check if it helps.
1. By setting your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue.
2. How to perform a Clean Boot to troubleshoot a problem in Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8 . http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
Note: After Clean Boot troubleshooting step, refer to “How to reset the computer to start as usual after troubleshooting with Clean Boot”.
These Process if followed correctly will for sure wont let your PC/Laptop freeze while opening facebook. The actual reason behind this is still not known but it the only thing we got to know till today is that this can be healed by the process listed above.
Reason of this problem:
Browser Problems
Often when any website with interactive components freezes, the problem is not with the website but with your Internet browser. To avoid this problem, install all updates to your browser and run its latest version. If you are still having problems, clear your browser's cache and cookies, which could be slowing the browser down. If that still doesn't work, use a different browser. If the problem persists in a different browser, continue troubleshooting.
Third-Party Application Malfunction
Facebook allows third parties to run applications on the Facebook platform. Sometimes these applications have errors that cause the website to load slowly or freeze. If your browser only freezes when you are using a particular application, attempt to resolve the issue when it happens by clicking out of the application and then back in again. Also try refreshing your browser. If it happens repeatedly, contact the application's developer.
Connectivity
If you are seeing "timed out" error or "offline mode" messages, the problem is with your Internet connectivity. If using a wireless network connection, move to be in closer range to your router. Reset the modem by unplugging it and restarting it if you have strong signal strength but the problem persists. Contact your Internet service provider if these steps don't help.
Facebook Platform
Occasionally, Facebook has errors within its platform. Examine the Known Issues page (facebook.com/KnownIssues) to see if anyone else has reported a similar problem. Contact Facebook with a bug report if you have exhausted all other possibilities and you think the problem is with the website.
