well first of all on the internet people want your info and this is the easiest way to do it and usually these surveys where you win stuff are usually really good sounding but one life moral is if it is to good to be true then it usually is think logically well you can win stuff for completing a survey why would any company do that and if there is a download where you have to complete a survey then its usually either something to get your information or something which will inject a virus onto your computer or there cases when you get a fake app just to fulfill there download purpose.
Moral Of the Story: No, it is NOT safe. It's usually just scam to get your information.There are rare chances of getting the perfect app that you wanted for these websites.
